Welcome to PRELI. These Terms govern your use of PRELI's applications, website, and related services (“Services”), which enable preorder functionality for a wide range of lifestyle products. This includes, but is not limited to, food and beverages, personal care items, handcrafted goods, daily essentials, and various other consumer products offered by merchants on our platform. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that PRELI provides a digital environment that connects customers with local sellers, allows users to browse product listings, place preorders, communicate directly with merchants, and manage transactions efficiently. These Terms outline the rules and responsibilities that apply to all users, including merchants and customers, and are designed to ensure a safe, reliable, and transparent experience across the PRELI ecosystem. Please read them carefully, as continued use of PRELI indicates your full acceptance of these Terms and any updates that may be implemented in the future.

By accessing or using the PRELI Services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should refrain from using the Services, discontinue access immediately, and avoid engaging in any activity that relies on the platform. Your continued use of PRELI signifies your full acceptance of all obligations, responsibilities, and conditions set forth in this document, including any updates or modifications that may be implemented from time to time to improve the functionality, security, or compliance of the Services.

  • Buyer: A user who places a preorder or purchase through PRELI. Buyers are individuals who browse available products, submit orders, make payments where applicable, and interact with merchants through the platform. By acting as a Buyer, the user agrees to follow all rules related to ordering, payment, communication, and usage of the Services.

  • Merchant: A partner or seller who offers products on PRELI. Merchants upload product listings, manage inventory or preorder slots, set prices, and process customer orders through the platform. Merchants are responsible for ensuring product accuracy, timely fulfillment, and compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies.

  • Pre-Order: An advance order placed by a Buyer, which is processed by the Merchant based on preparation time, and availability. A preorder does not guarantee immediate fulfillment, instead, it follows the timeline, conditions, and availability set by the Merchant. Buyers must acknowledge that preorder items may require processing time before delivery or pickup.

You may be required to create an account or register in order to access certain features or functionalities within the PRELI platform. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as requested. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, or any other security information associated with your account. Any actions, activities, or transactions conducted under your account will be considered your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach, you must notify us immediately so appropriate measures can be taken to protect your account.

A preorder means that you place an order for products before they are fully prepared, available, or ready for pickup or delivery. All processing times, preparation durations, delivery estimates, and expected ready dates are determined solely by the merchant and may vary depending on product availability, operational conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. PRELI acts only as a platform and does not control merchant schedules or production timelines, therefore, PRELI cannot guarantee exact fulfillment dates or specific delivery times. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that the availability, readiness, or timing of your items may change and that such adjustments are the responsibility of the merchant.

Payments must be completed using the methods available within the PRELI application, which may include digital wallets, bank transfers, cashless payment systems, or other options supported by the platform. All prices displayed are subject to change at the discretion of the merchant and may vary due to product availability, promotions, operational conditions, or other factors. A payment is considered successful only after it has been processed and verified by the system. You will receive confirmation of a successful payment within the app and, when applicable, through email notifications. It is your responsibility to ensure that payment details are accurate and that your selected payment method is active and valid.

  • Cancellations: Order cancellations may be initiated by either the buyer or the merchant, as long as the order has not reached an irreversible stage, such as when the product has already been prepared or dispatched. Buyers may request cancellations through the app, while merchants reserve the right to cancel orders due to operational issues, stock unavailability, or any other reasons covered under their policies.

  • Changes: Changes to an order may be made by either the buyer or the merchant as long as the order status still allows modifications. Buyers may request updates such as quantity adjustments, variant changes, or additional notes, while merchants may modify order details when necessary, for example, due to stock conditions or operational requirements. Any updates will be communicated to the relevant parties through the app.

  • Refunds: Refunds can only be processed by the merchant in accordance with the policies they have established and presented on their product or store page. Merchants may define the eligibility criteria, requirements, and limitations for refund requests, including processing timelines, documentation needs, and specific conditions such as product damage or mismatches. Once approved, the merchant will handle the refund based on their procedures, and the status will be visible through the app.

Deliveries are handled entirely by the merchant or their partnered logistics providers, meaning delivery times, methods, and fees may vary depending on the product or store. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the provided delivery address is accurate, complete, and reachable. Any delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. For orders using a pickup method, buyers must follow the merchant’s instructions regarding location, schedule, and any additional requirements.

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account and ordering: When creating an account or placing an order through PRELI, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This may include your name, contact details, address, order preferences, or any other required information necessary to process transactions and ensure successful order fulfillment. Providing false or outdated information may result in delays, failed processing, or delivery errors, and any consequences arising from such inaccuracies will be the responsibility of the user.

  • Do not use the service for illegal purposes or misuse app functions: You are prohibited from using PRELI for illegal activities, harmful actions, or any misuse of the app's features. This includes, but is not limited to, abusing preorder mechanisms, manipulating transactions, attempting fraud, exploiting security vulnerabilities, or any behavior that disrupts service operations. If such violations occur, PRELI reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including account restrictions, transaction cancellations, or cooperation with authorities when legally required.

Merchants must provide truthful and accurate information for every product they offer, including descriptions, ingredients or materials, pricing, availability, and any relevant terms regarding preorder processing. They are expected to handle each preorder in accordance with their own operational policies, preparation workflows, and stated timelines, ensuring that buyers receive clear expectations about when products will be ready or delivered. In addition, merchants are responsible for maintaining the promised quality standards, ensuring that every item prepared or delivered matches what was advertised and meets acceptable safety, hygiene, and service criteria. Failure to meet these obligations may affect user trust and may result in necessary actions taken by PRELI in line with platform policies.

All content provided by PRELI, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, images, illustrations, interface designs, and other visual elements, is the property of PRELI or its licensors. Such content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works, or using any part of the content for any purpose without prior written permission from PRELI. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action or suspension of access to the services.

PRELI is not liable for any form of indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruptions, loss of data, or any special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. All risks associated with using the application—including purchasing decisions, input errors, or interactions with merchants—remain solely the responsibility of the user. Under no circumstances will PRELI’s liability exceed the limits permitted by applicable law, nor extend beyond the legal protections defined by such regulations. This limitation applies regardless of whether PRELI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Services provided by PRELI are offered “as is,” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. PRELI makes no representations or guarantees that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely accurate in all information presented. PRELI also does not warrant the fitness of any product for a particular purpose, any specific level of quality, or any expected results or outcomes that users may anticipate when placing preorders or performing other transactions. All risks associated with using the Services—including reliance on product information supplied by merchants remain entirely with the user.

PRELI may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect operational needs, feature improvements, legal requirements, or enhanced security measures. Any changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or via email to registered users, allowing them to review the updates before continuing to use the Services. By continuing to access or use the Services after such updates are announced, users are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the revised Terms. If a user does not agree with the updated Terms, they are advised to discontinue using the Services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. All rights, obligations, and relationships arising between users and PRELI as a result of using the Services shall be subject to the legal framework applicable within Indonesia. In the event of a dispute or differences in interpretation regarding these Terms, resolution will follow legal procedures established under Indonesian law, including the possibility of settlement through discussion, mediation, or legal action when necessary. This ensures that all service operations and user interactions remain within a recognized and transparent legal structure.
